Bookings and Enquiries can be made through emailing donna.tweedale@gmail.com or over the phone on 07496 878459 Please allow 10 days from point of booking or enquiry to the date of receipt of your Individual Report, Styling or the Wardrobe Edit or Personal Shopping Service to allow sufficient time for a Questionnaire to be completed , returned and the relevant preparations made.
If you are not able to return your Questionnaire promptly then this may delay the commencement of any services.
A 50% deposit of the service booked is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid upon the date of receipt of the styling / seasonal update report or day of service. A full receipt / invoice will be provided upon receipt of the deposit and balance.
Payments can be made through Paypal or BACS transfer. Paypal terms can be found on their website http://www.paypal.com
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment / service please do so within 48 hours of the date the appointment / service is arranged for. If 48 hours notice is not given the deposit will be non-refundable.

Should you feel unwell or develop any Covid related symptoms, Or be close to anyone that develops symptoms. Please let me know as soon as possible and we can of course rearrange our plans. All clients meeting in person are required to sign a Covid Disclaimer. All Covid-19 guidelines will be closely followed by me when working with you, whilst creating a beautiful, calm experience for you whilst keeping both yours and mine families safe. All physical sessions will be spaced out within 14 days of one another to reduce any risk.
Gifted services are available. Payment will be required at time of purchase. A gift is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

I cover areas surrounding Cambridge, Hitchin, Milton Keynes. I do also have London based clients. For travelling distances over 1 hour from ‘SG19’ I do request a £10 supplement for every hour thereafter each way. This will be detailed on your invoice as ‘ T R A V E L ‘.
